14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not happy with VIP, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you will get that payment back in full. No questions asked.

How to ask

Use the link in your Paddle receipt email, find your order at paddle.net, or write to support@pawnitochess.me with the email address you paid with. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling

Cancelling stops future payments. You keep VIP until the end of the month you already paid for. After the 14 days, we don't refund part of a month, but you can always cancel so you are not charged again.

Your rights

This policy doesn't limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country.

Payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record.
